• Downloadable prompt templates and guides
• Access to a private community
• Email updates and additional resources

The Product is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License and Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view the training content
• Download and use the provided templates for personal use
• Participate in community discussions

You may NOT:

• Share your account or login credentials
• Redistribute, resell, or share the content
• Use the content for commercial training purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

5. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with AI Essentials, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund:

• Include your order number and email address
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds requested after 7 days will not be granted except at our sole discretion.

6. Access and Availability

You will receive instant access upon successful payment. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Product with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, templates, and downloads, is the intellectual property of AI Essentials and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
